Problem Note 60623: PROC TIMEID returns the "Recursive Segmentation Violations" error when run in some European language locales
If you run PROC TIMEID with the French, German, Italian, Polish, or Spanish language environment on a data set that contains multiple observations with the same value of the ID variable, SAS® stops processing and returns the following error:
Recursive Segmentation Violations - system exiting
The procedure should return the following warning message and continue processing:
WARNING: The data set dsname contains a duplicate value of the ID variable at observation number 2, ID_var=value.
