Problem Note 60621: Running the RHUPDATE DS2 activity generates the error "tap_array.boundsCheck(): Index 1 out of bounds. Must be between 1 and 0 inclusive"

In SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager, you might notice the following error in your SAS® Federation Server log when you run the _SAS_RHUPDATE_DS2_ACTIVITY DS2 activity to update the response history:
yyyy-mm-ddThh:mm:ss,sss ERROR [00003595] App.SASDS 10:sasfedadm@saspw - tap_array.boundsCheck(): Index 1 out of bounds. Must be between 1 and 0 inclusive
The activity code fails to properly handle an undefined variable, but processing is not affected and the error is benign in nature.
