Problem Note 60603: Running a manual backcast in SAS® Energy Forecasting displays a red "X" in the Backcast column even though forecasting completed successfully

When attempting to run a manual backcast in SAS Energy Forecasting, a red "X" might be displayed in the Backcast column even though the manual backcast completed successfully.
Example:
The problem occurs when you are attempting to run a manual backcast on either of the following types of forecasts:
- Short-Term
- Very Short-Term
There is no way to determine whether the red "X" is correctly displayed (in other words, whether the manual backcast did not complete).
