Problem Note 60602: Running an auto-backcast in SAS® Energy Forecasting might fail to respond, and the forecast displays a red "X" in the Status column

When attempting to run an auto-backcast in SAS Energy Forecasting, the forecast fails and displays a red "X". The auto-backcast continues to run. Processing does not complete.
Example:
The problem occurs when you are attempting to run an auto-backcast on either of the following types of forecasts:
- Short-Term
- Very Short-Term
