Problem Note 60545: Values for the date-and-time range are displayed incorrectly in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio
In SAS Customer Intelligence, when you create any definition (by selecting either Selection Campaign Definitions, Campaign Group Definitions, Communications Definitions, Custom Details, Groups, or Treatments), you can define a date range in the custom details, as shown below:
You can also enter a date-and-time range, as shown here:
If you enter a date-and-time range and you save the custom details, the date-and-time range values that are displayed are incorrect. For example, if you enter a range from October 30, 2017 02:00:00 PM to October 31, 2017 03:00:00 AM and you save the details, the range that is displayed is October 30, 2017 10:00:00 AM to October 30, 2017 11:00:00 PM, as shown in the following display:
The same issue occurs when you use the date-range definition in a campaign. As soon you re-open the campaign, the custom-detail values that are listed are different from the original date and time that you entered.
