Problem Note 60471: Long numeric values are not updated correctly in the Contact History and Response History tables
The Contact History page in the properties dialog box for the Reply node (Reply Properties) contains, among others, the Additional value 1 and Additional Value 2 fields. If you add a numeric value that is greater than 15 digits to either of these fields, the value that is subsequently updated in the EXTERNAL_CONTACT_INFO_ID1 or EXTERNAL_CONTACT_INFO_ID2 columns of the CI_CONTACT_HISTORY table in the Common Data Model might not be correct.
For example, if you enter a value of 12345678901234567 in the Additional value 1 field, the value that is subsequently updated in the EXTERNAL_CONTACT_INFO_ID1 column might be 12345678901234568.
Similarly, if you add a numeric value that is greater than 15 digits to those same fields in the properties dialog box for the Update Response node, the value that is subsequently updated in the EXTERNAL_RESPONSE_INFO_ID1 or EXTERNAL_RESPONSE_INFO_ID2 columns of the CI_RESPONSE_HISTORY table in the Common Data Model might not be correct.
To work around this problem, ensure that you enter only numeric values that are less than 15 digits in the Additional value 1 or Additional value 2 fields.
