When you use the SAS® Marketing Operations Management and SAS Marketing Automation integration, custom details might not be populated in the Review Campaign web service. Other campaign information is populated correctly.
Custom details are populated in SAS Marketing Automation correctly via the Initiate Campaign web service. This problem occurs when the custom field details are transferred back to SAS Marketing Operations Management via the Review Campaign web service.
This problem occurs only when custom field names contain spaces (for example, Start Date). When spaces are included in the field name, the SAS Marketing Operations Management facet-field-to-customer-field mapping is done via the custom-field column name.
