Problem Note 60439: Viewing data in SAS® Studio might unexpectedly update the "Date modified" property of the data set
SAS Studio updates the "Date modified" time stamp of a data set when you do any of the following:
- Open the data set in the SAS Studio table viewer
- Use the data set in a SET statement
- View the properties of the data set in SAS Studio by selecting RMB ► Properties on the Libraries tab
This issue does not occur when the data set is used in SAS procedures.
