Problem Note 60412: When you open SAS® Risk and Finance Workbench, it tries to load the most recently opened project even if that project has been deleted

When you open SAS Risk and Finance Workbench, it might open the wrong project. It tries to load the most recently opened project even if that project has been deleted. This issue occurs because the user's preference file is not properly updated after the most recently opened project has been deleted.
When the issue occurs, a pop-up message like the following is displayed, where XYZ is the project ID of the deleted project.
Project with ID: XYZ could not be retrieved as it does not exist or you do not have permission to access it.
Remediation: The ID specified does not exist or you do not have permission to access it.
