Problem Note 60364: You see the message "An error occurred loading the main navigation menu" when you add multiple alerts to a case in SAS® Enterprise Case Management

When you add multiple alerts to an existing case in SAS Enterprise Case Management, you might see the following error:
"An error occurred loading the main navigation menu. Contact your System Administrator."
