Problem Note 60345: The auto-promote option does not automatically promote selected replenishments in SAS® Inventory Optimization Workbench

In SAS® Inventory Optimization Workbench, the auto-promote option is not honored. This issue occurs when selecting replenishments and choosing the auto-promote option without choosing the auto-lock option. When this issue occurs, the following error occurs in the log:
Error: Record count is 0 for the table iotrans.replenishment_summary.
The workaround for this issue is to use the auto-lock option for orders of the desired type. Through the orders workspace, you can select multiple products/facilities and promote the orders. After this, all locked orders for the selected product-facility combinations are promoted.
