Problem Note 60325: An error occurs in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio if you do not log on as a member of the SAS® Marketing Optimization users group

You might encounter the error TypeError: Error #1009 in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio if you are logged on as a user who is not a member of the SAS Marketing Optimization group. This problem occurs when you perform steps similar to the following:
- Log on as User1, who is not a member of the SAS Marketing Optimization users group.
- In a different session, log on as User2, who is a member of the SAS Marketing Optimization users group.
- As User2, perform a SAS Marketing Optimization activity (for example, save a scenario).
User1 sees the following message when User2 performs this action:
TypeError: Error #1009: Cannot access a property or method of a null object reference.

As a workaround, you can add User1 to the SAS Marketing Optimization users group.
