Problem Note 60252: When you expand SAS® OLAP Server in SAS® Enterprise Guide®, your system stops responding (hangs)

When you work with SAS Enterprise Guide in an Integrated Windows Authentication (IWA) context, after connecting to the SAS® Metadata Server and expanding the SAS OLAP Server, SAS Enterprise Guide might stop responding and not resume.
If you enable logging (as described in SAS KB0036457) in SAS Enterprise Guide, you might see the following:
2017-02-27 13:30:21,212 [Main] ERROR SAS.EG.SDS.Model.OlapServerBase [(null)] - PopulateOlapCubes() ExMsg=You do not have the appropriate permissions to connect to this server.
To work around the issue, disable Integrated Windows Authentication in your SAS Metadata Profile.
