Problem Note 60245: Case status change is not reflected in audit events for cases in SAS® Anti-Money Laundering 7.1 and SAS® Customer Due Diligence 7.1
When you edit a case in SAS Anti-Money Laundering or SAS Customer Due Diligence and click View audit events, you might not see changes that you made to the case status. The problem occurs after you install Hot Fix A5T001.
For example, the problem might occur after you change the Case Status from Open to Case Review, as shown below:
You do not see the status change in the list of audit events after you save the case.
