Problem Note 60195: Incorrect date values might be inserted in an Oracle table from a data process when multiple requests are made in quick succession to a decision flow

When multiple SOAP requests are made to a decision flow in very quick succession, a small number of rows in the table might not contain the correct date values. This problem can occur under the following conditions:
- Your decision campaign includes a Process node that is a data process.
- The data process inserts rows that include date-type fields into an Oracle table.
For example, instead of inserting a date value of 07/06/2016, a value of 00/06/2016 might be inserted instead.
