Problem Note 60174: When the QSASnnnn allocation is reached, "ERROR: File in use, QSASnnnn" occurs

Currently, the maximum limit for QSASnnnn allocation is 9,999. When you reach that limit, the job fails and returns the following error:
ERROR: File in use, QSASnnnn.
