Problem Note 60131: SAS® Enterprise Case Management displays an error when the legal name or the TIN for an institution are not defined in a Suspicious Activity Report
You might encounter an error while working with an XML schema-based Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) in SAS Enterprise Case Management. The XML schema-based SAR can also be referred to as a SARX. If you have not defined either the legal name or the identification number for the financial institution in Step 2 of a SARX, you might encounter the following error:
An error has occurred in the system, and the administrator of the application has been notified.
You can indicate that a field is unknown by setting its unknown flag. An example for Legal name of financial institution is shown below:
The Legal name of financial institution shown above is displayed in the Filing Institution Where Activity Occurred DataGrid, as shown below:
To work around the problem, specify a legal name and identification number for the financial institution, if the values are known.
