The configured search engine might not be used when you click Add new FCF External Party on the Subjects tab of a case in SAS Enterprise Case Management. The problem occurs when your environment is configured to use classic search, and a search of existing subjects is required before you add a new subject. In this situation, Solr search might be used instead of the expected classic search. The problem does not occur when you are not required to search existing subjects before adding a new one.
