Problem Note 60055: SAS® Enterprise Case Management creates multiple cases when you click the New Case button repeatedly
When you click the New Case button repeatedly on the My Alerts screen in SAS Enterprise Case Management, multiple cases might be created. Only one of the new cases is associated with the selected alert.
