Problem Note 60046: You cannot view an attachment to a note after you edit and update the note in SAS® Enterprise Case Management
In SAS Enterprise Case Management, when you edit and update a note that includes an attachment, you can no longer view the attachment.
Steps to reproduce the problem:
- Post a note that includes an attachment.
- Click the attachment, via the link available in the note, to verify that you can successfully view it in the browser.
- Click Edit to edit the note. Do not click the Remove Existing Attachment button. Click the Update button to save the edited note.
- In the updated note, click the attachment.
- The attachment contents are not displayed in the browser. Instead, an error message indicates that the document could not be loaded, as shown in the following example:
