Problem Note 60981: Saving a form template in SAS® Financial Management fails with "Template save failed" after you upgrade to SAS® 9.4M4

After upgrading to SAS 9.4M4, you might encounter an error similar to the following when trying to save a form template in SAS Financial Management 5.5:
Template save failed
Then, you see the following error in the log:
Failed to upload file to WebDAV
