SAS Enterprise Guide might display an exception when you position the mouse pointer over a statement in your SAS code.
This is one of the exceptions that you might see:
Length cannot be less than zero.
Parameter name: length
Here is another exception that might appear:
Exception type: System.ArgumentException
Message: Width must be non-negative.
To prevent these exceptions, you can disable the autocomplete feature. Select Tools ► Options ► SAS Programs ► Editor Options ► Autocomplete, and then deselect the Enable Autocomplete option.
