Problem Note 60714: SAS® Scalable Performance Data Server fails to connect to a domain with "Connection does not exist...zdcrypt local buffer too small..."
In SAS® Federation Server, you might see the following error when trying to connect to the SPD Server:
Connection does not exist (0x80fff82e).
Initiating Libname connection to name server lsasfedp01 on port 5400 (0x80fff80a)
zdcrypt local buffer too small (0x80fff875)
Decryption (zdcrypt) failed (0x80fff875).
SPDS driver, unable to lib connect to server (0x883fd033).
SPDS driver, connection to SPDS server failed (0x883fd004)
This issue occurs when the LIBNAME statement contains a very long datadom in the SPD Server.
To work around this problem, change the datadom.
