Visibility rules might not be honored in SAS Financial Management reports or data-entry forms when two or more tables are linked using shared slicers.
Here is an example scenario:
A data-entry form has two tables defined on one worksheet, and the tables are linked via shared slicers (Management View and Legal View). Visibility rules are defined to control the display of Management View dimension members within the Legal View dimension members.
When the form opens, the top table has Management View and Legal View both set to Canada, and Legal View is the target hierarchy. When the Management View is set to Canada, the visibility rules should limit the slicer of Management View to Canada.
Instead, the bottom table has Legal View set to Canada, but Management View set to German Branch. This is incorrect behavior, because the slicers of the bottom table are linked to the top table. So, they should always be set to the same members as the top table.
