When performing an Action B maintenance upgrade, the Java Runtime Environment (JRE) location is not updated in the TKMVSENV file. This problem occurs when both of the following statements are true:

• You selected No Java Runtime Environment on the Select Java Runtime Environment panel as shown below when you performed the original Action A install.
• You select Select an existing Java Runtime Environment during the Action B upgrade and provide a JRE.

Beginning with revision number Rev. 940_17w08, if you add JRE settings during an Action B upgrade, new members are created in high-level-qualifier.TKMVSENV without overwriting any customer changes in the existing members. 

The new names are composed by replacing the first three characters of the filename with "NEW." For example, TKMVSENV becomes NEWVSENV, and TKMVENW0 becomes NEWVENW0. 

You must merge the changes from the NEW members into your existing TKMVSENV members.
