Problem Note 60133: SAS® Visual Analytics report might render incorrectly when refreshed in batch mode inside Microsoft Excel
SAS Visual Analytics reports that are viewed inside Microsoft Excel might refresh incompletely when they are refreshed as a scheduled task. This problem is most likely to occur for complex reports that have large results. The problem occurs when the Save operation is called before the Refresh action is fully finished.
As a workaround, you can manually edit the VBS script that is created during the schedule process. The default location for the script is Documents\My SAS Files\Add-In for Microsoft Office. In the VBS file, find the following line:
workbook.Save
Just before this line, add the following line:
Wscript.sleep 10000
This change delays the Save operation for 10 seconds, which should allow enough time for the report to finish rendering.

For software releases that are not yet generally available, the Fixed
Release is the software release in which the problem is planned to be
fixed.
For large and complex SAS Visual Analytics reports, the VBS script that performs the Refresh action might call the Save operation before the report is fully rendered.
