Problem Note 60130: The SpringSource tc Runtime 7.0 Server is shown as unavailable in SAS® Environment Manager
When you are viewing the Resource page of the SAS Environment Manager, the SpringSource tc Runtime 7.0 Server might be unavailable. To resolve this issue, perform the following steps:
- From within SAS Environment Manager, select Manage ► Monitoring Defaults ► SpringSource tc Runtime 7.0 ► Edit Metric Template.
- Open File Descriptor Count and select Disable Collection.
- Restart your Middle Tier. For instructions on the proper start-up order for your Middle Tier, see SAS® 9.4 Intelligence Platform: System Administration Guide, Fourth Edition.
The SpringSource tc Runtime 7.0 Server should now be shown as available in SAS Environment Manager.
