Installation Note 60102: A warning occurs if you use the SAS® Deployment Wizard to install additional software after you have used SAS® Enterprise Guide® "Check for Updates"

Problem
After using the Check for Updates feature of SAS Enterprise Guide, you might see the following warning when you attempt to install additional software using the SAS Deployment Wizard:
The SAS Deployment Wizard has detected that your SAS Home location contains the following software, which is newer than what is included in the order you are attempting to deploy. Software deployed to an existing SAS Home must be dated as the same date as the existing software or a later date.

Workaround
Use one of the following workarounds:
Option 1: Create a subset of your SAS Software Depot using the instructions in the SAS(R) 9.4 Intelligence Platform: Installation and Configuration Guide. When you subset your SAS Software Depot, be sure to exclude SAS Enterprise Guide from your subsetted depot. Then, you can use your new subsetted depot to install or add any SAS product other than SAS Enterprise Guide.
Option 2: Obtain a new SAS order containing the most current release of your SAS software. You can request a new order by contacting your SAS Sales Representative. After you receive your new SAS order, use the new SAS order to install or add SAS products.
