Problem Note 60058: The values for incident amount and currency fields are cleared when you do not specify them in the OpRiskEvents data loader in SAS® Enterprise GRC
You can use the OpRiskEvents data loader in SAS Enterprise GRC to update data for an incident. When you do not provide a value for an optional field in the data loader file, the system should not change the value in the database. However, if you do not specify values for amount and currency fields, the system might clear the values for those fields.
In addition, the system might change the submitted date for the incident to the current date if you do not specify a value for the opRiskEvent.enteredOnDt field.
To work around the problem, specify a value for each of the following fields in the OpRiskEvents data loader file, unless you want to remove the value:
- opRiskEvent.potentialLossAmt
- opRiskEvent.potentialLossCurrCd
- opRiskEvent.basePotentialLossAmt
- opRiskEvent.baseMaxPotentialAmt
- opRiskEvent.maxPotentialAmt
- opRiskEvent.maxPotentialAmtCurrCd
- opRiskEvent.enteredOnDt
