Problem Note 60017: User-defined formats might not be passed to temporary tables in the SAS® LASR™ Analytic Server

Temporary tables created by the SAS LASR Analytic Server might not include user-defined formats that are applied to the source tables. This problem is most evident when you create a LASR star schema that contains user-defined formats, and then you use the output in SAS^® Visual Analytics Explorer. Specifically, attempting to use a data item with an applied user-defined format might fail with the following error:

ERROR [sasdemo] com.sas.biv.exception.BivException - com.sas.lasr.LASRException: ERROR: The format $FORMAT could not be loaded in the LASR Analytic Server. (errorCode=GENERIC_EXCEPTION, params=null)
