Usage Note 6463: Unexpected error occurs when text in the New Selection Rule column of
the Prioritisation window is blanked out
If you add two or more selection rules in the Prioritisation window of
the Campaign Management Component of the SAS EMA Solution, then blank
out the text in the "New Selection Rule" column for any rule after the
first, you will receive an unexpected error when you attempt to run the
Prioritisation. Expanding the details of the error box displays the
following:

Description: Invalid use of Null
The name associated with the rule in the New Selection Rule column is
actually substituted in the SQL generated to perform the prioritisation.
Therefore, some non-blank text is required.
