Problem Note 59992: An incorrect validation message appears in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio when you schedule campaigns that have monthly occurrences
In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, an incorrect validation message appears when you schedule campaigns that have monthly occurrences. This problem happens when you schedule a campaign or communication with specific start and end dates, as shown below:
Recur every: 1 month(s) on day 10
Start date/time: Mar 31, 2017 07:00 PM
End Date: Apr 14, 2017
The problem also occurs if you use a start date of Mar 31, 2017 and an end date of Apr 30, 2017.
For example, when you schedule a campaign with the Mar 31, 2017 start date and the Apr 14, 2017 end date, you receive the message shown below saying that the first execution is scheduled for May 10 (rather than April 10, as indicated by the Recur every value):
To work around this problem, select the End after option (and set the number of occurrences) instead of using the End date option.
