Users trying to access the LOG or LST files for a SAS® Session that has an owner with an invalid user account get an unexpected message. The message states that the user is not authorized to view the file for that session. To receive this message, the owner account must be inactive, locked or have an expired password. In addition, if a user without a valid account has a Job stuck in the Transient Workspace, an Administrator with Manage All SAS Sessions cannot remove the stuck Job.
To resolve the issue, the owner account must be reactivated or unlocked. The user must also log on to the instance and change their password. Once completed, the LOG and LST files can be opened. The Administrator with the appropriate permission can then delete the Job in the Transient Workspace.
