When you view an entity in SAS Enterprise Case Management, you might not have the capability to view notes for the entity. For example, you might be able to view an incident only because you have access to the parent case. However, you do not have the capability to view notes for the incident. When you try to access a note that you do not have permission to view, the system might not respond, or you might see an HTTP 403 error.
Instead, you should see a message similar to the following:

After the hot fix is installed, you can customize the message by setting a value for the following property in the custom.properties file:
