Problem Note 59923: You see an error when you load data for a DataGrid in SAS® Enterprise Case Management

When you view a case or an incident in SAS Enterprise Case Management, you should be able to view a subject associated with the case or incident. However, when you click on a subject, you might see the following error:
An error occurred loading data for a grid on this screen. Contact your system administrator.
When the error occurs, the SAS Enterprise Case Management log contains the following DataGridController exception:
ERROR com.sas.solutions.cpb.web.services.DataGridController - java.lang.NullPointerException
The problem might occur when you use the PartyEntitiesGrid component in the user definition file to display the subject information.
