Problem Note 59922: A Solr search in SAS® Enterprise Case Management returns results with the wrong time zone
After you perform a search in SAS Enterprise Case Management, the search results might contain timestamps in Greenwich Mean Time instead of your local time. The problem might occur when your system is configured to use Solr, and the data is indexed using the macro %fcf_solr_index.
To work around the problem, perform the following steps to re-index the data:
- Log on to the application with a user ID that has administrative privileges.
- Click the Administration tab.
- Click Bulk Load All.
Note that the bulk-loading process could take a long time to complete.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
