SAS Merchandise Intelligence ETL and purge jobs might generate the following errors during attempts and reattempts to lock a file:

The errors above might appear multiple times in the log file when the job executes multiple attempts to lock the filename. If the file is locked successfully, the errors above are followed by the message below later in the log:

The workaround for this issue is to check the logs to confirm that locks are obtained and that the job completes with a SYSCC value of 4 or less.  In the case of successful file locking, the error should be treated as a warning.
