Problem Note 59738: In the Swedish locale, a PDF file that is created with the inline command LASTPAGE shows the escape character and non-numeric text

When the inline style command LASTPAGE is used in a footnote or title, the text might display the escape character along with a non-numeric character. This is most likely to occur in a z/OS operating environment when the locale is set to Swedish (SV_SE).
To circumvent the problem, remove the LASTPAGE inline style command.
