Problem Note 59734: Refreshing SAS® Marketing Optimization input data in a campaign group fails when the underlying database is Microsoft SQL
In SAS Marketing Optimization, refreshing input data in a campaign group might fail in the step Execute tasks for generation of optimization input data when the underlying database is Microsoft SQL.
When this problem occurs, you might encounter the following error in the SASCustIntelCore6.5.log file:
ERROR: CLI open cursor error: [SAS][ODBC SQL Server Driver]Connection is busy with results for another hstmt
NOTE: PROC SQL set option NOEXEC and will continue to check the syntax of statements.
MPRINT(MAMOCH): quit;
NOTE: The SAS System stopped processing this step because of errors.
Note: This error happens only when you use treatment optimization with the Contact History enabled and where the Contact History tables are not empty. If the Contact History tables are empty, the optimization data is created successfully.
