Problem Note 59703: Comments are duplicated in SAS® Enterprise GRC

When you add a comment in SAS Enterprise GRC, the comment might be added twice. The Comments table shows two entries for the comment. The problem occurs when you use the Microsoft Internet Explorer web browser.
To work around the problem, click the Save button only once when you add a comment, and use a web browser other than Internet Explorer.
