Problem Note 59700: Flow contents are lost when more than one person edits the same flow concurrently in the SAS® Management Console Schedule Manager plug-in
In the SAS Management Console Schedule Manager plug-in, flow contents might be lost when more than one person uses Edit Flow concurrently in the same flow.
You do not see any indication of the problem until you check the flow contents after all instances of the flow have been closed. After you discover that the flow is empty, your only option is to to rebuild the flow or recover from a metadata backup.
Another symptom of this issue that you might see is missing trigger events when rescheduling the flow.
