Problem Note 59696: The SAS® 360 Discover extract, transform, and load (ETL) process fails occasionally when it starts CXT_ETL_cxt_2010_load_det_x_promo_display

Occasionally, the SAS 360 Discover customer extended view (CXT) ETL process fails when it starts the CXT_ETL_cxt_2010_load_det_x_promo_display job. When this problem occurs, the following error is generated:
ERROR: ERROR: ERROR: ERROR: ORACLE execute error: ORA-00001: unique constraint (CXTORA4.SYS_C00375638) violated. With the
occurrence of the above ERROR, the error limit of 1 set by the ERRLIMIT= option has been reached. ROLLBACK has been
issued(Any Rows processed after the last COMMIT are lost). Total rows processed: 1 Rows failed : 1

NOTE: Statements not processed because of errors noted above.
