Problem Note 59668: A "500 Internal Server" error can occur occasionally for the rest API in SAS® 360 Discover

When SAS 360 Discover runs the Customer Experience Targeting (CXT) ETL job, the network can experience issues in the connection. As a result, the CXT ETL job fails with an error similar to the following:

You can continue the  CXT ETL job by running the reset job and restarting the CXT ETL flow.

A fix for this issue is planned for a future software release.
