Problem Note 59650: High Java virtual memory use occurs when you use large information maps in SAS® Customer Intelligence
When you use large information maps in SAS Customer Intelligence, you might see unexpectedly high amounts of Java virtual memory persisting. This behavior might cause out-of-memory errors or performance degradation when the system is under a heavy load.
To work around this problem, do either of the following:
- Reduce the size of the information maps that are used by the business contexts.
- Increase the amount of available Java virtual memory to cope with the large information maps.
