Problem Note 59588: The thumbnail is missing for an MP3 file in a Digital Library dashboard channel in SAS® Marketing Operations Management

You might see an "X" instead of the thumbnail for an MP3 file type in your Digital Library dashboard channel in SAS Marketing Operations Management.
This problem might occur after you create a dashboard channel with the following configuration for Digital Library:

Define Filters tab: Under Target Entity, you select Digital Asset.Name with a value of MP3.

Define Display Columns tab:

In the Related Entities section, you select Digital Asset Current Thumbnail Rendition ► Actual File, and you select a value of Image for Cell Type.

Under Target Entity, you select DIGITALASSET.Description and Digital Asset.Name.

This problem occurs when you use MP3 files and you use Microsoft Internet Explorer. It does not occur when you use other Internet browsers (for example, Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox).
