Problem Note 59491: You cannot obtain new SWF files after you apply a hot fix for SAS® Marketing Automation 6.1

DetailsAboutRate It

In order to pick up the new SWF files that are available after you install a hot fix to SAS Marketing Automation, SAS Technical Support recommends that you then clear your Internet browser cache on each client that uses SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio.

Typically, all SWF files are cached in the browser for one week.

Note: You do not need to clear the browser cache for later releases of SAS Customer Intelligence Studio because the problem has been fixed in SAS Marketing Automation 6.3
