When you copy and paste a group of nodes in SAS Marketing Automation, the paste function generates extra connecting arrows between nodes, as shown below.
To work around this problem, save and close the campaign after you paste the nodes. When you re-open the campaign, the extra connecting arrows are no longer displayed.
