In SAS Marketing Operations Management, you might experience a performance delay in the Offer Management module when you complete the following actions:

1. Select Menu.
2. Create an offer folder.
3. Create an offer.
4. Edit the offer.

The performance delay might be between 5 to 10 seconds. This delay does not prevent the functionality of the four actions shown above from working correctly.

This problem occurs when you have a large offer folder structure with 2,300 or more offer folders. To work around this problem, group offer folders and offers in a smaller folder structure (that is, a structure with less than 2,300 offer folders). Also, you should delete any unnecessary offer folders and offers.
