Problem Note 59417: Extracted treatments are not available to the "Select Offers" functionality after they are uploaded into SAS® Customer Intelligence 360

SAS® Customer Intelligence utilities enable you to extract treatments and then upload them into SAS® Customer Intelligence 360. From SAS Customer Intelligence 360, the treatments should become available to the Select Offers functionality in the Import Messages dialog box, as shown below:

However, after the treatments are uploaded, they are not visible for selection in SAS Customer Intelligence 360.
