Problem Note 59352: Using the BL_QUOTE data set option to bulk load data in SAS/ACCESS® Interface to Greenplum returns "...ERROR: unterminated quoted string..."

In SAS/ACCESS Interface to Greenplum, attempting to bulk load data into Greenplum using the BL_QUOTE= data set option might result in an error similar to the following:
ERROR: Error initializing Greenplum load: [SAS][ODBC Greenplum Wire Protocol
driver][Greenplum]ERROR: unterminated quoted string at or near "'?"(Position 317; File scan.l; Line 979; Routine base_yyerror; ) :
[SAS][ODBC Greenplum Wire Protocol driver][Greenplum]Failed transaction. The current transaction rolled back.
When you encounter this problem, the bulk load fails.
